Recruitment:
• Participate to compose, improve and ensure all procedures of the recruitment to be done in place.
• Assist HR Manager in recruitment by placing adverts, researching CV in internet, contacting headhunters to have a good source of manpower supply.
• Support Admin on any events, company trips, or any assignment by HRM and Director
• Supervise and suggest improving recruitment and training procedure
• Filling records/ documents of HR basing on the company’s record/ document control procedure
• Implement training plan and monitor it effectively.
