• Control and supervise all the telesales activities.
• The key purpose is to develop, lead and manage Telesales Team.
• Build & develop relationship with team
• Making reports as requested.
• Implementation of any process which helps improves process efficiency.
• People development, coaching, training and motivation.
• All KPIs and detailed scopes of work will be assigned by Head of Sales Department;
