RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Keep and develop good relationship with all members
Respond promptly to customer inquiries by email
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
- Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
- Records details of customer interactions, satisfactions and complaints
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Supervising and managing money collection
• Consult and explain all members’ inquiries
• Conduct supports to members such as booking of accommodation, air tickets, visa approval, tour and other travel related services to travel mostly abroad: Australia, USA, EU etc.
• Provide members ‘ feedback to the Management
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by Managers.

- Experiences in working in Vietnams top travel companies in outbound tour services (overseas hotel and tour bookings) will be an advantage.
