Overall purpose of the job: The Sales & Marketing Manager builds the brand by deploying innovative and effective marketing strategies and operating a winning sales centre team. He/she is responsible to develop and execute marketing plans and budgets, as well as drive the sales centre team to align with and support all efforts related to sales and marketing. The mission is to achieve financial, brand awareness and customer satisfaction goals.
Develop, execute and maintain a marketing plan, including calendar and budget, covering both offline and online channels
Constantly innovate with effective marketing campaigns that are suitable to our brand positioning and relevant to our target customer in order to keep our stores buzzing
Collect market intelligence and use them to influence decisions and strategy
Develop and lead execution of NSO plan which covers pre-opening and post-opening phases with a goal to build sustainable sales for the first 12 months
Build opportunities via new product innovation and optimization
On time launch of new products and limited time offers (LTO) according to marketing plan
Lead new product development committee, participated by cross-functional teams to drive product initiatives from concept to launch (development, substantiation, positioning, pricing, testing, operationalization and overall launch plan)
Lead Sales Centre team to meet financial and customer goals through customer engagement over inbound and outbound activities.
Seek and develop market-wide partnerships and events that drive traffic and build brand awareness
Develop and maintain relationships and engage with press/media/KOLs
Supervise art direction to ensure compliance with brand guidelines
Maintain guidelines on store look and feel
Be a brand ambassador at all times
Train operations team to analyze trade area, identify sales building opportunities and applying efficient LRM tactics
Run ROI tracking and analysis on all promotions
Create and lead a culture of building long term and meaningful relationships with our target market
Gather customer insights through such tools and methods as comment cards, customer engagement in-store, traffic generator surveys, customer profile collection and mystery guest program
Provide coaching and mentoring to direct reports. Identify potential successors and put in place individual development plans
