- Sales call, hunting corporate business and invite clients to hotel for the inspection
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging network.
- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
- Research and build relationships with new clients.
- Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns.
- Work with staff in other departments in hotels to meet customer needs.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiation.
- Meeting regularly with clients and negotiating corporate agreements.
- Actively seeking new hotel business and increasing revenue yields.
- Handling VIP corporate clients personally.
- Developing, maintaining and updating comprehensive client databases
- Checking and controlling daily hotel revenue figures against budgets targets.
- Maximizing hotel revenues and profitability.
- Respond quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner procedures.
- Create a demand for the products and services. To sustain and satisfy the demands of each customer.
- Confirm the agent booking, guest booking by mail or phone.
- Follows up to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist the DOSM with the implementation and achievement of the Sales department’s targets (in TA/corporate segments).
