- Be responsible for all recruitment activities: Post recruitment ads, screen applications, set up interview appointments, select shorted lists, and complete the hiring process to make sure the number and quality of candidates meet the personnel requests of Head of departments, Follow up the staff quality valuation after recruited, Sort and filing the documents of HR department,
- Support Human Resources Manager in training section (identifies training needs, prepare training documents, training class, evaluate training results, etc)
- Support Human Resources Manager in employee relations section (organizing periodical events of company to rise up culture and teamwork among employees, such as: Year-end staff party, summer outing, Family day, charity activity, monthly staff birthday party, etc)
