MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
• Manage operation of REC team
• Develop and implement effective recruitment practice, policy, and procedures for the support and development of high performing teams
KEY ACCOUNTABLITIES
1/Control REC cost: Minimize cost incurred in a recruitment process
2/ HRD Projects: Join and follow all activities of HRD projects
3/ Main task:
• Establish the recruitment strategy, build HR Plan and supervise recruitment activities, join in executive recruitment and selection
• Report, analyze and evaluate the efficiency of recruitment approaches at each stage;
• Establish, update and manage the database of potential candidates in system for recruitment, especially to build talent mapping for high levels
• Set up forms, SOP and KPI for evaluating / measuring the quality of recruitment activities;
• Explore market best practices in the recruitment and placement of employees
• Conduct job interviews to ensure candidates skills and qualification match the job requirements
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation, implementing required changes to keep company recruitment processes compliant
• Direct and supervise the activities of human resources recruitment teams
• Act as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics
• Design training for human resources recruiters and line managers
• Build quality relationship with internal customers and external recruitment agencies
• Manage and standardize Job Description System;
• Establish the recruitment plans and approaches (candidates sources, recruiting channels, types of labor contract, cost allocation, internal rotation...) to meet the requirements/ demands of departments from time to time;
• Participate in job fairs and career events
• Strengthen the Employee Branding activities to attract internal and external candidate.
• Coordinate with T&D to process the on-boarding activities
