Working location: Hai Duong Office (located in Tan Truong Industrial Zone, Cam Giang district, Hai Duong)
* Operating the customer service department:
- Build up the organizational structure of the department to meet the tasks and objectives of the department and company.
- Establishment objectives of service quality, productivity, efficiency, and improvement allocated to the department. Periodically assess the accomplishment of the goals of subordinate employees.
- Control and guide solutions to achieve goals. Control and adjust objectives in a timely and appropriate manner according to the actual situation.
* Services Quality Management:
- Ensure optimization and efficiency of available resources.
- Communicate with customers to understand customer’s service needs.
* Financial control:
- Control and ensure that operating costs is managed in accordance with annually approved budgets.
- Control revenue reconciliation, confirmation from customers, ensure correct, sufficient and timely collection of services provided. Check and send the report to board of directors as required
* Management, training, human resource development:
- Planning training, staff rotation and guiding the implementation of multi-skill training for employees.
- Manage and develop staff to optimize existing human resources. Overall orientation and support for self-development
* Other jobs will be assigned by the boss.
