1. Timesheet & payroll:
- Control Timesheet, OT, annual leave,… of all sites to prepare for monthly payroll
- Complete monthly payroll for employees
- Complete final compensation and severance allowance for leaving employees
- Conduct survey to collect the expectation of employee about salary and allowance
- Making monthly payroll report, periodical report related to C & B (if required)
- Cooperate with Accounting department to clarify the difference in Payroll report (if any)
- Update government policies related to salary & benefit (if any)
2. HR databases & follow up labor contract:
- Filing, managing EEs profile and ensure all employee information are updated inti HR system
- Follow up the expiry date of labor contract, send notice to HoDs
- Preparing labor contract
3. Insurance
- Making monthly Insurance report: increase, reduce headcount, salary and position changing
- Making Insurance card
- Complete monthly Insurance benefit for employee such as sick leave, baby sick leave, pregance, maternity leave...
- Close Insurance book for employee terminate labor contract
- Cooperate with Accounting department to clarify the difference in Insurance report (if any)
- Update new issues on Insurance and inform to employee promptly
3. Personal Income Tax
- Complete monthly PIT declaration for employees
- Make annual PIT finalization for employees
- Update new issues on PIT and inform to employees
