- Monitor the operation planning & maintain the quality system of processing area and warehouse.
- Update quality control plan to comply with new regulation.
- Ensure customer satisfy with product specification quality.
- Support related party for solving customer complaint.
- Ensure that the product and operation process comply with quality management system.
- Monitor the operation process: daily production set up, production, finish & cleaning, to comply with quality management system.
- Set up document including monitor operation standard related to SOP/ GMP/ HACCP.
- Ensure the production & operation staff hygiene, process control, cleaning following SOP.
- Verify production record and do traceability test in production area.
- Hold and Release the product from production.
- To be representative when customer visit/audit.
- Execute the internal audit following annual plan.
- Food safety standard in-house trainer.
