[Hà Nội] Operations Truck Loading Staff - Male Only - Nhân Viên Hiện Trường Xuất Nhập Khẩu

Job Detail:
- Working and operating in transportation field, support handling supervision at GEMBA
- Main task is to communicate with suppliers, clients, sales team and other colleagues to analyze, arrange and loading super heavy and super long goods (Machine, Electrical Items, Equipments… )
- Supervise and support in the process of trucking and loading the goods, ensure the goods is loaded into suitable vehicles
Working process in detail
1 Operation and handling supervision at GEMBA
• Understand, guide and supervise staff/workers to follow with company regulations, SOPs, customers factory rules, safety and work requirements
• stop-wait-call for decision mindsets and report timely operational issues to managers
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
2 Communications and coordinations of workers, equipments, clients when being delegated to GEMBA
• Improve operation effectiveness thru innovation mindset
• direct supervision of equipment, staff and or workers and give sound and correct guidances as and when required at site
• quickly solve problems under controls and/or authority
3 Staffing
• Maintain good relations with people being involved when working at GEMBA
4 Others
• Any other expertise tasks as per assignment from Managers

Gender: MALE ONLY
Education: Colleges above with Engineering or technical background and/or experiences as replacement
Experience: No requirement
Professional Skill: Have sufficient knowledge of engineering, technical and Trucking
Soft Skill: Computer skills, English languages shall be appreciate, Communication skills
