Education Consultant (College Prep Team)

The College Prep Program Consultant cum Learning Advisor (College Prep PC cum LA) position is a great role for someone that has intensive knowledge in products related to College Prep (Standardized tests & College Counselling), or already has a rich background in general sales/customers services in education and want to develop yourself further in this particular segment.
As an E2 College Prep PC cum LA, you will work closely with our College Prep team to consult suitable courses or services to students & parents, and take care of them during their time studying with us. This role is critical in bringing a professional, high quality service of our college application pathway to our customers. You will get involved in a dynamic team of a fast-growing, innovative education company in Vietnam, and become a key member in developing our College Prep team.
Your primary responsibilities include:
Sales (Program Consultant) (70%)
● Consult high school prospects (Test prep & College Counselling) and channel them to the right programs.
● Coordinate with Academic Consultants/Senior Lead Counselors (if needed) to propose suitable programs to students.
● Participate in students recruitment events.
Customers Services (Learning Advisor) (20%)
● Be the main contact for parent communication, and answer their questions
● Coordinate with Academic Consultants to set up parent meetings (1x1 & group), and send progress reports.
● Track students to boost sales for other products.
College Prep Project Participation (10%)
● Build up training system for Sales & Customers services in the long run
● Set up student follow-up process
● Involve in meetings with the College Prep team to propose new ideas for products & improve current system.
● Actively engage in continuous professional development to improve industry, product & sales knowledge
● Conduct market research

● Bachelor Degree
● At least 2 years of experience in Sales/Customers Services/Business Development in Education industry
● Good understanding about different types of standardized tests (SAT/ ACT/ SSAT/ IELTS/ TOEFL, etc.)
● Strong verbal & written communication in both English & Vietnamese
● Willingness to travel to our different learning centers in HCMC, and have flexible working hours.

● Experiences in study abroad field, or understand well pathway for studying abroad of high school students (preferably US)
● Understand well Everest Education’s products & approach
● Have been through the application process to US schools, and can use their knowledge to consult effectively to students & parents.
● Have a wide network of high school prospects, or connection with top public schools’ principals, teachers, parents & students’ club leaders.
