As an E2 Center Manager, you will drive the performance of the Learning Center as if it were your
own, including ownership over the student and family experience, enrollment and revenue growth, as
well as utilization and profitability. We provide our CMs guide rails, but the CMs are empowered to
create exceptional experiences and to uphold our values.
Your primary responsibilities include:
● Recruit appropriately qualified and experienced operations staff, including Program Consultants, Learning Advisors, Learning Center Executives, and Security Guards.
● Supervise student recruitment and customer services conducted in the Learning Centers.
● Build student and parent profiles for potential students in the learning center area.
● Maintain and upgrade systems/procedures for all operations tasks at the Learning Centers and liaise with the other Center Managers to ensure consistency across all E2 centers.
● Monitor purchases and expenditures for the Learning Center.
● Ensure staff are scheduled and trained to support all hours and duties for smooth operation.
● Set the key performance indicators and report targets for all operations of the learning center
● Provide financial and academic reports to the COO.
● Contribute to the development of localized marketing strategies to promote E2 courses.
● Prepare financial plan, P&Ls and budgets for approval by the COO, and once agreed, implement those plans.
● Work closely with the Academic Manager to ensure smooth opening and operations of the classes.
● Work closely with the Academic Manager for the implementation of new curriculum and academic projects.
● Work closely with the Academic Manager to monitor/evaluate program outcomes, student assessment reports and parent enquiries/concerns.
