- Client Success Executive will be responsible for working with clients, be the person who can listen to clients need and coordinate with the team to bring client the most suitable solution with excellent experience.
- The job position will handle the client onboarding process to from RFQ, RFP to contract following the company ISO quality standard.
- The job position will support Client Success Manager in fullfiling team objectives.
- IT background/knowledge is a plus
- Experience 1-2 years in Banking/Insurance
- Good English communication skill
- Open and honest with the attitude to learn and grow
