- Creat a pool of candidates for sourcing through recruiting activities, social networking, community organizations, and media channels
- Handle recruitment process from hire talent employees including screen, shortlist, interview, reference checks, offer preparation.
- Conduct staff on-boarding, orientation for new hired
- Support employer branding activities
- Update recruitment trend, channels, techniques to propose improvement for recruiting process.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
