- Understand the company business and process and client request to run the project meeting client expectation on timeline & budget
- Developing customer relationships in order to promote retention and loyalty of existing and new clients
- Ensure customer are satisfied with the services and business products of the company and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction
- Provide technical consultancy to customer and support customer to understand and propose best way to utilize the company services/solutions based on client’s business needs/model
- Guide clients on the flexibility and capabilities of the services/solutions so clients are encouraged to continue using the services
- Support project implementation and together with Project team develop new business/services and client projects/request to maintain excellent client experience.
- Be good in communication and coordination to work with other departments in the company to achieve the goals of assigned project
