Technical Team Leader For Highlands Coffee In Da Nang

- Assist Technical manager in preparing Preventive Maintenance Schedule and mainly in charge of execution.
- Trouble solving: right – fast – low cost
- Supervising contractor/ service suppliers when requested.
- Manage the Defects Liabilities and Warranty period of all asset and equipment in stores
- Manage Maintenance Docs
- Site store visit when requested.
- Working hours: 6 days/ week. Monday to Saturday
* Working: Highlands Coffee

* Experience (years of experience i.e: 2 year of experience in similar position)
- A minimum of 3 years of Engineering, Facilities Engineering, Construction/Building/Utility Management or related technical discipline and 3 years of progressive experience in utility/industrial maintenance/facilities operation, public works maintenance, engineering and prior supervisory experience.
- Thorough knowledge of methods, processes, tools and equipment to maintain/repair/build utilities, machines, tools, fixtures, buildings and grounds and competency in areas of safety and environmental compliance including knowledge of associated regulations.
- Experience and knowledge of electrical, gas, water and waste water maintenance , electrical, HVAC, plumbing, general maintenance and labor.​
