Architect - Store Designer For Highlands Coffee

- Store Design Concept Development to Construction Drawing Devt (NSO / RRR)

- Construction documentation, site survey, store visit and design research

- Coordination with Sourcing Executive on finding new materials/suppliers

- Coordination with Construction Team for executing design intent

* Education

- Bachelor degree in Architecture, Interior Design or any related field in Vietnam

* Experience

- 2-3 years of Experience in Retail, hospitality or restaurant design or development organization including management of construction documents

- 2-3 years Experience on CAD drafting using AutoCAD and Sketchup or any other 3D software in design concepts and presentation

* Work related skills

- Strong design flair

- Demonstrated 3D visualization ability and working knowledge of color and design principles

- Current working knowledge of building and health codes and compliance issues

- Talent in hand sketching, ability to transfer initial design ideas through hand sketches

- Ability to translate stated design principles / objectives into unique and varied store locations

- Knowledge of architectural details and specifications for construction document production

- Current knowledge of industry trends in retail store and restaurant design including furniture and finishes

- Advanced AutoCAD skills, knowledge in Revit is an advantage

- Advanced Sketchup software skills

- Above average skills on understanding both Architectural and MEP drawings

- Above average skills on extracting quantity of materials from the drawings

- Skills in identifying scope of works in a given project brief

- Experience in Project Scheduling

- Advanced level in MS Office Software

- Skilled in the visual, written and verbal communication of design issues

- Able to work independently with minimal supervision

- Organizational skills; attention to detail
