Analyst & Negotiator Of Highlands Coffee - Chuyên Viên Phân Tích, Đàm Phán, Phát Triển Mặt Bằng

Reporting to HC Expansion Manager, Studying potential trade areas of HC Retail Stores as well as Poaching landlords to get the best locations for retail stores at the best cost.

- Study market & define potential trade areas for HC business

- Analyze location for updating location lead & prospect list.

- Poach landlord for location information and contract negotiation

- Complete “Location Summary Report” to direct manager for approval

- Build up and maintain relationship with key agencies and alliances.

* Close all basic contract terms of location as below:

- Type of contract, Rent and Rent review, Size, Lease period, Deposit, Fit-out period, hand over date, payment term & 1st payment & renewal right and a cap of renewal period.

- Some more terms if landlords’ requirement.

- Align with relevant department for above contract negotiation if requested.

- Handover above contract terms and align with NSO team for contract signature.

- Support other works if requested by direct manager/HOD.

* Education

- University

- Field of Studies: Marketing/Sales

- 1 year experience on similar position

* Knowledge of:

- Real estate

- Proficiency in city’s street

- Skills (Ability to): Negotiation, Presentation, Teamwork.
