1/ Tax Trainee
Job Purpose:
- Tax Trainee attached to Tax & Legal Compliance Team at the HCMC Office to support colleagues in aspect of controlling all tax & invoice compliance matters of the Head office.
Job duties & Responsibility
- Assist colleagues in tax & invoice preparation before taxes audit.
- Assist colleagues in both hand-over and arrangement of documents between the accounting team and the shipment team in a knitting manner.
- Assist colleagues in issuing invoices and controlling such invoices along with other relevant compulsory documents.
Working location: Olam Ho Chi Minh Office from Monday to Friday
2/ Accounting Trainee
- Assist with month-end financial reports
- Post journal entries
- Help with accounts receivable, payable and bank statement reconciliation
- Assist with audits
- Balance sheet reconciliation
- Work with the finance team on yearly forecasting efforts
- Manage the monthly tracking of our physical inventory
- Support the payment processing team
- Data entry
- Credit checks
- Other ad-hoc jobs assigned by managers.
Working location: New project in Long Thanh, Dong Na; working time from Monday to Saturday.
Bus Transportation from Binh Thanh to The Factory.

Requirement:
- Education/Academic: Bachelors degree preferably in finance/ accounting/ auditing/ commerce.
- Language/Computer Proficiency: Competent communication in Business English is preferred.
- Good at Excel, Words and other office computer skills.
- Technical Skills/Competencies: Well-organized, teamwork player, must be able to work with other department’s team members.
- Behavioral Competencies: Honest, dedicated, hard-working, can-do attitude.
- Work Experience: Fresh graduate in Finance, Accountant, Banking.
