Graduated Engineering Trainees Program 2020

POSITION SUMMARY: GRADUATED ENGINEERING TRAINEES 2020, Batch 1.
With the ongoing expansion in business, we are continuously strengthening our talent pipeline, towards our endeavor to equip the businesses with top tier talent, Olam Vietnam is now seeking outstanding engineers to join our Production Team as the Graduated Engineering Trainees 2020.
The program is designed for Engineering graduates who have graduated in 2018, 2019, 2020 and are keen to develop their careers in Production, Food Quality Control, Automation, Electrical Engineers.
The selected candidates will undergo intense training and projects to learn about the functions, especially our production process. The candidate will get oriented on products and attend training programs, projects including Coffee, Spices, Edible Nuts business.

• BA in Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Industrial Management, Food Technology, Automation, Specialized in Manufacturing or similar relevant field
• Good at English both oral and written
• Willing to be based in any of the operating locations of Olam Vietnam: Dong Nai, Long An, Phu Yen, Quy Nhon…
• Honest, dedicated, hard-working, can-do attitude.
• Drive for results and demonstrated ability to move projects forward with a cross functional team.
Recruitment process:
1st round: HR department
2nd round: 1 panel interview.
A general test round is required for all candidates.
Expected on boarding: In February.
OFFER SALARY & BENEFITS
Competitive salary: 12 mil VND/month.
