Sustainability Lead

• Achieve the sustainability goals for Spices sourcing in Vietnam, ensuring alignment with Olam’s global sustainability policy
• Lead and manage all the sustainability initiatives, farmer-outreach projects of Olam SVI, Vietnam
• Presentation and reporting on the progress of the various projects/initiatives
• Manage the internal sustainability audits & external certifications/reports (Ethical sourcing, Rain Forest Alliance etc)
• Integrate Olam’s digital tools/apps in the on-going projects and champion the Digital Olam cause
• Communicate & creating the buzz with internal & external stakeholders on all aspects related to the sustainability activities of SVI Vietnam
• Working location: Lot E05, Long Binh Technology Park, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai
• Transport from HCM to the Factory
• Working Time: From Monday to Saturday morning.
• Report to foreign manager.

• Knowledge of sustainable agriculture practises, Carbon credits, Certification
• Agronomy knowledge of Black Pepper, Cassia crop etc
• Strong networking & collaborative skills for working with variety of internal departments & external groups like local government or NGOs etc
• Excellent presentation, report writing & communication skill
• Good command over Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc
• Fluent in English – written & spoken
• Willing to travel up-country for project related work
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agronomy/Agriculture, Environmental sciences, Development Studies etc
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in similar work with NGOs, MNC etc
