- Study, analyze and develop location leads and location prospect lists.
- Plan, organize and implement the location.
- Manage procedures to acquire locations followed Department’s objectives/targets.
- Maintain and improve relationships with current landlords under responsibilities.
- Execute the renewal contract process.
- Issue Store Brief of new projects.
- Align and coordinate with other relevant Departments for the SDC process
- Build, improve and implement programs/plans related to SDC process
- Align, support to solve issues relating to landlords during store operation.
- Administrate documents, contracts under responsibilities
- Follow up and update real estate market reports.
- Support Real Estate Director’s paper works.
