Senior Institutional Sales

Major responsibilities include managing current client accounts as well as developing relationship with overseas institutional investors and generate trading revenue for the firm.
 Cover existing client accounts, help them solve problems and grow trading revenue.
 Provide clients with actionable investment/ trade ideas and relevant company information.
 Develop close relationships with portfolio managers and buy-side traders.
 Identify and develop new business by marketing Rong Viet’s services to professional investors.
 Update client/ prospects progress and profiles and report directly to Sales Director.
 Actively participate in the morning meeting.

 Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales or a client-facing role.
 Relevant experience within financial markets is preferred. Applicants with no prior industry experience are encouraged to clearly motivate their personal interest in the stock market.
 Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
 Strong communication and presentation skills and broad investment knowledge.
 High integrity, ability to learn quickly and provide excellent customer service.
 Fluent in English and Vietnamese, both writing and speaking. Note the job involves daily interaction with overseas investors in English.
 Knowledge of another Asian language, especially Korean, Japanese or Chinese is a definite plus.
 Bachelor’s degree in economics, accounting or finance is preferred but not required. CFA is a definite plus.
