- Work mainly with foreign employees;
- Be fully in charge of foreign employees Work permit, Business visa, TRC, Criminal check, Medical check, etc;
- Be fully in charge of attendance data controlling (Timesheet, leaves, overtime record), payroll calculation, personal income tax;
- Establish salary scale and prepare personnel monthly reports to submit to the Department of Labor;
- Prepare new employment contracts and contract extensions and appendix contracts for Foreign and Vietnamese employees;
- Perform various types of Personnel actions such as Terminations, Resignations, Transfers, Warnings, Disciplinary actions, Salary Increases, Position changes, new Appointments, etc;
- Receive and resolve complaints and grievances from employees;
- Respond to Requests for Employment Verification and inquiries from the employees and the public;
- Other duties as assigned by HR Manager and BOD
