Senior Business System Analyst

* Main Purpose:
- Be the interface between IT and Business.
- Implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing and analyzing data requirements.
- Prioritize requirements and create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups.
- Master strategic business process modeling, traceability and quality management techniques.
- Help design, document and maintain system processes
- Determine the scope of a product, its main features, estimate feasibility and budget, and determine the product backlog.
- Apply best practices for effective communication and problem-solving.
- Coordinate the development team and related Departments/ BUs to implement testing software.
* Key accountabilities:
- Implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing and analyzing data requirements. Master strategic business process modeling, traceability and quality management techniques.
- Be the interface between IT and Business. Determine the scope of a product, its main features. Define needs when implementing projects.
- Support design, document and maintain system processes.

- College
- Degree in information technology, engineering, business administration or equivalent.
- At least +2 years in Business Analysis (Must)
- Solid experience of writing SQL queries
- Technical expertise regarding data models, data mining and segmentation techniques
- The Expertise of Excel, Access
- Project management skills
- Client service mindset
- The Ability to Writing and speaking English
