- Determines training needs by traveling with sales field; observing sales assistant; studying sales results reports; be side by side with sales managers.
- Plan, organize and deliver comprehensive sales training programs, which includes online and offline, to internal and external sales teams with highly productive, timely and professional.
- Design training material for sales force to ensure effective, clearly and professional delivery. Design, author, and edit complex eLearning, virtual, blended and classroom curriculum programs and learning aids.
- Consult with subject matter experts (SME) to ensure training information is current and accurate.
- Track, evaluate, and report training effectiveness.
- Join field work with sales leaders to coach and give them feedback how to improve sales performance; seeking ongoing feedback and keep lines of communication open to sales field.
- Provide on-going training support for sales force through workshops and meetings.
- Involve in training projects as a project member to develop training material as required.
- Other tasks to be assigned by Line Manager.
