- Identify and analyze issues on the training skills of sales sups and ASM by conducting group training programs (Qualified Trainers Program)
- Develop an annual training program/plan for sales sups and ASM.
- Improve and strengthen the training skills of sales sups and ASM.
- Simplify and standardize the training process nationwide..
- Conduct the appropriate classroom training courses in order to improve the core work of sales sups and ASM, e.g. distributor management, effective meetings, inventory management.
- Run specific modules of the TDOM based on the current needs of the sales sups and ASM
- Update/improve current training materials and search/apply new training courses as appropriate.
- Identify high-performing Sales Sups and ASMs
- Other tasks will be disucess later
- Male from 30 years old and above, good health
- Graduate from University
- Good in Management, Communication, Sales, Solving problem, Analytical, Making decision, Planning skill, Team work, Organizing and controlling skill
- At least 3 year experience in field sales management and at least one year as a sales in FMCG
- Good in English
