Purpose: To identify the key responsibilities and tasks of the Recruitment & Training Executive of Orana Vietnam.
1. Recruiting:
- To advise Director Board in recruitment requisition in order to have the best suitable solution and the most effective.
- To prepare recruitment plan meeting with the quantity and quality within reasonable time and cost approved.
- Filtering Curriculum vitae (CV), interviews, reviews and selection of candidates ranging from level of executives to Managers.
- To assess the effectiveness of each recruitment for improvement.
- To ensure the recruitment rules being implemented properly and seriously.
- Writing and implementing the training orientation (orientation training) for all new staffs to help all employees understand and comply with the Company regulation.
- Following up and updating Labour market information in order to advise most effective solutions for Director Board.
- Filing employee records.
2. Training:
- To coordinate with HoD to analysis training needs and individual development in order to prepare Training Matrix for the whole year for GD approval.
- Make annual training plan and budget in order to manage training activities well.
- To evaluate and report the effectiveness of training activities for the improvement.
- Follow up the implementation of the training program includes training by law and internal training programs with HoD to ensure strict implementation and complete annual training plan.
- To file training documents in a proper manner to meet customer requirements.
3. Representating Company on Recruitment and Training activities
- To be liaison between Company and Employees and represent Company to work with Employees and Labor Union on related issues of Recruitment and Training policy.
- To make/update/register the Company regulation, Collective Labor Agreement to relevant authority
- Follow up and implement CSR policies and activities in the relevant range and prepare CSR report to relevant authorities.
4. To organize the year end party, company trip:
- Arranging with the service companies to arrange Year end party and Company trip.
- Prepare and submit budget plan for approval.
- To coordinate with the Labor union, HR-AD, HoDs for organising Year-end party and company trip for all employees.
5. Other relevant tasks
- To coordinate with HoD in preparing/updating job description for each employee position in their department for recruitment.
- To coordinate with Factory team for controlling Overtime according to regulations by Law and preparing SMETA report.
- To prepare documents on regarding recruitment and training for submitting to auditors of customers and relevant authorities.
- To make reports internally and to relevant authorities at request
- Prepare yearly budget for Recruitment and Training plan.
- And other ad hoc assignment.
