- Reports to: Chief Accountant / Deputy General Director
CROSS WORKING RELATIONS
Internal Relations
- Working with Accounting Department internally.
- Working with other departments in the company.
External Relations
- May contact with authorities such as: Department of Statistics, Department of Planning and Investment, Hepza...
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- To assist Cost accountant to input, output and process data.
- To assist General accountant to input data into AX.
- To issue invoices.
- Administration jobs: filling, make photocopies...
- To prepare reports for: Department of Statistics, Department of Planning and Investment, Hepza...
- Other jobs as required by managers.

- University degree in accounting and auditing.
- No experience necessary.
- Excellent computer skills (especially Excel), knowledge of accounting software is an advantage.
- Good at reading and writing English.
- Having positive spirit and good working attitude. Willing to learn and catch up with the work demand.
- Hardworking, meticulous, careful. Having ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and challenging environment.

At Orana Vietnam factory.
