OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION
• To create new ideas for Innovation activities, Innovation Project, Innovation Day etc. in order to offer new ideas to customers of related Dairy, Food Service Application and Bakery.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare and make sample for Innovation Activities, related Dairy and Food Service Application.
• Make kind of cakes such as biscuit, cookie, croissant, etc to apply for fruit filling/ topping
• Create new ideas/concepts for Innovation Activities.
• Analyze sample and prepare documents needed for sending to customer, such as: Specification, Sample Advice, cost price …
• Receive, record/handle new samples from suppliers
• Coordinate with Product Construction/Production for trial production until the trial is successful.
• Maintain the working place, lab in good order and up to hygienic standard.
• Follow ISO, HACCP, FSSC system requirement
• Other ad hoc assignments
