- Greets visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Responsible for answering telephone, taking telephone messages
- Handle administrative matters including office equipment maintenance, facilities booking and registration.
- Contact with authorities and services, agents.
- Be in charge of incoming & outgoing documents (letters, fax, documents, newspapers)
- Record and make the monthly report on office and outlet expenses (telephone, cell phone, internet, courier, etc)
- Coordinate in travel arrangement eg. Recommend and arrange travel package ( flight, hotel and rental car, etc)
- Provide other admin support at reception areas.
