Project Manager For Highlands Coffee

- Develops detailed project schedule, oversees project timeline, bid negotiations and GC briefings. Maintains, adjusts and updates project plans as needed. Consolidates, communicates and manages all issues and risks affecting the project. Communicates project status to SDC and stakeholders accurately and on time.
- Develops cost estimates, manages budgets consistent and monitors project costs to ensure projects are completed on budget
- Improve construction methodology/quality
- Support Construction Manager on continues development of construction guidelines, system and process. Improve construction quality and provide trainings for GCs
- Contribute to maintain target average cost per square meter to $453/sqm
- Contribute to maintain Average CAPEX per store to $81k
- Contribute to reduce number of construction defects

* EDUCATION
- Bachelor degree in Architecture, Project Management or any Construction related field in Vietnam
- PMI / PMP Certified is an advantage
* EXPERIENCE
- 2-3 years of Experience in Retail, hospitality or restaurant project supervision and preparing cost estimates
- 2 years of Experience managing suppliers and contractors
- 3 years Experience on Bidding and negotiations
- 3 years in Project management with experience managing multiple projects
- 5 years Progressive experience in managing a construction team in a multi-unit retail, F&B or restaurant environment
- Experience in Cost Evaluation and Analysis

- Ability to work independently in a demanding, fast-paced environment
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in a rapidly-changing environment
- Ability to manage multiple, complex projects for national retail or restaurant industry
- Business analysis skills, with the ability to see implications and provide consultative solutions and recommendations
- Knowledge of construction systems
- Above average skills on understanding both Architectural and MEP drawings
- Above average skills on extracting quantity of materials from the drawings
- Skills in identifying scope of works in a given project brief
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop relationships across all levels
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines
- Advanced level in MS Office Software, MS Project Software or other Project Management Softwares. Strong computer aptitude and ability to learn new applications
- Skilled in the visual, written and verbal communication of cosntruction issues
- Knowledge of applicable departmental or business unit practices and requirements
- Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities
