* EDUCATION
- Bachelor degree in Architecture, Project Management or any Construction related field in Vietnam
- PMI / PMP Certified is an advantage
* EXPERIENCE
- 2-3 years of Experience in Retail, hospitality or restaurant project supervision and preparing cost estimates
- 2 years of Experience managing suppliers and contractors
- 3 years Experience on Bidding and negotiations
- 3 years in Project management with experience managing multiple projects
- 5 years Progressive experience in managing a construction team in a multi-unit retail, F&B or restaurant environment
- Experience in Cost Evaluation and Analysis
