Production Manager for Almonds Processing

The production manager will lead the production activities for the Almonds processing in Tien Nga. Responsible for the production as per the schedule meeting productivity, quality & safety, safety of workers in the department, conserve goods and properties of the company in the department and manage Staff and workers in the production lines.
The key responsibilities for the role will include
Role Profile:
• Designing and Managing production plans and maintaining quality of the products.
• Planning, organizing, controlling and co-ordination all activities ranging from daily tasks to long-range projections by implementing of plans & utilizing the manpower and system to achieve the production target.
• Ensure maximum production and optimal out-turns through available resources to minimize conversion cost and waste.
• Implementation of food safety regulations & GMP principles at plant.
• To develop skills amongst the subordinates through training and demonstrations to make them able to adopt technological advancements.
• Optimization of manufacturing processes for utilities and energy conservation.
• To Prepare and implement standard operation procedures in respective areas as standard practice.
• To ensure safe working conditions and environmental protection.

• 12 to 15 years of relevant experience in production management in Food industry
• University degree : Technology in food/chemical/mechanical/production
• Good knowledge in quality standards HACCP, ISO
• The role will be based in Tien Nga
• Location: Olam Almond, Warehouse B7, Tien Nga, Tan Cang, Phuoc Tan, Bien Hoa, Dong Nai
• Bus Transportation from Ho Chi Minh to the Factory.
• Working time: From Monday to morning on Saturday
• Report to: Factory Manager Edible Nuts
