I/ Job Brief
1/ Job Purpose:
The person will be responsible for process improvement across Olam factories in Vietnam. Initiate multiple project and ensure delivery within stipulated timeline
2/ Job duties & Responsibility
- Identifying, verifying, analysing, and implementing process improvement and process re-engineering opportunities.
- Initiate digitization across operations.
- Recognise high ROI projects to enable better opportunities for cost and process efficiency
- Provide technical and analytical support for process improvement initiatives.
- Develop process analysis and re-engineering to improve efficiency, lower costs and improve product quality.
- Facilitate the design and implementation of new/improved process models and organizational structures.
- Train and guide resources in process improvement techniques.
- Manage and lead process team in factories (if any) to achieve desired results.
- Assist in development of new process capabilities.
- Perform project management, analytics, and measure to ensure milestones are met and deliverables achieved.
- Coordinate with various teams to analyse project results and performance.
- Identify and manage resources to deliver effective solutions.
- Ensure works in accordance with the approved company operating policies, procedures, practices and methods.

3/ Job requirement (education, experience, skill)
Education/Academic
- Bachelor of Mechatronics or Electronics or any major related
- Masters in the same field preferred
Language/Computer Proficiency
- Fluent in English
Technical Skills/Competencies
- AutoCAD 2D/3D
- Mechanical & Digital Automation
- Microcontrollers
- SCADA system design
Behavioral Competencies
- Candidate should be ambitious to initiate new projects and delivery improvements in the current processes.
Work Experience
- 5 - 10 years with electronics company in R&D or product development team.
