Operation Manager (Bim Object)

* Develop end-to-end BIM objects
It is the Operations Manager´s responsibility to make sure that the Vietnam office is reaching the targets and goals set out. The Operations Manager will ensure the team is developing within the project timeline and accordingly BIMobject´s QA Guidelines and Style Guides.
* Pre Development
- Assign estimations and development to Group Lead in Wrike
- Allocation of projects based on knowledge, result, experience
* Development
- Schedule, prepare and hold development meeting
- Responsibility for development quality according to QA document and Style Guides, SOW.
- Continuous contact with DPM within running project to guide in terms of object outcome
- Immediately report deviation on running development projects to DPM
* Other
- Monitor workload and analyse Wrike time and Manday files and report to GDPM
- Monthly Follow up meetings with team on closed projects and results
- Weekly Operational meeting with the team. Follow up target & Goals
- Weekly project review meetings with DPM’s
- Monthly project review meetings with GDPM
- Recruitment and onboarding of new resources
- Revise, develop the style guide according to the BIMobject standards
- Hold individual monthly insight meetings and document this
- Plan and approve office vacation and holidays
- Responsibility for create, monitor and update the TL/DEV documents
- Report idle time on the developers to DPM

* Qualities
- Be a detailed communicator.
- Be able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Have general knowledge of all technical solutions provided by BIMobject
- Understanding of Wrike – always keep project information in Wrike up to date
- Understanding of BIMobject admin, product admin, product sites, property sets, etc
- Be consistent and detail oriented with a focus on quality
- Have understanding in Revit, ArchiCAD, BIMscript, 3D Software
- Continuously work proactively with improvements of our processes
- Goal oriented
- Excellent Leadership skills
- Excellent English Language skills both written and spoken

- Excellent Leadership qualities
- Plus if the person has programming experience
- Plus if the person has BIM experience in some way
- Managerial experience
