OPERATION MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
POSITION SUMMARY
The Operation Management Trainee Program is designed for MBA graduates who have graduated in 2019 and are keen to develop their careers in the Agri Supply Chain Industry.
The selected candidates will undergo 06 - 12 months intense training on Origination, Plantation, Processing and F&A to learn about the agri supply chain industry sector. The candidate will get oriented on products including Coffee, Spices, Edible Nuts, Rice and support function. After passing all 01 one year as Trainee successfully, the trainee will be considering to be a Business Manager in our organization.

• Fresh Full time MBA Graduate (Master of Business Administration) from top B-Schools with major in Marketing/ Agribusiness/ Operations is required
• Having proficiency in English both oral and written
• Willing to be based in any of the operating locations of Olam Vietnam (very mobile)
