Operation Management Trainee 2019

- The Operation Management Trainee Program is designed for MBA graduates who have graduated in 2017 and are keen to develop their careers in the Agricultural commodities Supply Chain Industry.
- Timeline for this program:
• From October to November: Interviews and test.
• 1st round: Interview with HR dept.
• 2nd round: General Test (online)
• 3rd round: Interview with Country Head and Business Head
• December: Final list and prepare for the program.
• January: Joining and orientation.
- The selected candidates will undergo 6 months - 12 months intense training on Origination, Plantation, Processing and F&A to learn about the agricultural commodities supply chain industry sector. The candidate will get oriented on products including Coffee, Cashew, Spices, Edible Nuts, Rice and support function.

** REQUIREMENTS
• Fresh MBA Graduates from top B-Schools with major in Marketing/ Agribusiness/ Operations (full time program)
• Having proficiency in English both oral and written
• Willing to be based in any of the operating locations of other companys locations.
