Lab Technician

- Responsible to ensure all raw materials inspected correctly according to AQL/Control Plan/Counter Sample/EMCS quality system for optical looking and shape.

- Responsible to ensure lab tests implemented correctly according to EQPS/LAB manual for physical performance of raw material, leather

- Responsible for RCS coordination to ensue raw materials from external suppliers meet ECCO standard following RCS procedure and support to do random checking internally.

- Responsible to ensure Gore-Tex shoes approved before mass production and stable quality by process control and regular internal audit

- Responsible to Lead, train/develop entry control & LAB team to execute inspection and testing according to control plans.

- Ensure timely check/lab test on material and leather (as per SOP & priority) has been done and release to warehouse only if pass (block if not pass)

- Ensure that feedback of materials which are not following the standards are given to the supplier

- Education Level: Bachelor degree or above

- Major: Science and engineering

- Minimum 3 years in Lab experience in manufacturing industry

- Minimum 3 years in material entry control experience in shoe industry
