- Maintain server and internal phone system
- Maintain network construction
- Manage exchanged email system
- Maintain data storage system and backup data timely
- Maintain IT security (authorization control, antivirus system, patch update, etc.)
- Implement ECCO IT policy and standards
- Support all IT equipments like PC, printer, terminal and PDA
- Small application development (Access, VB).
- Education: University degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering or related fields
* Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of work experiences (for specialist, should be over 5 years)
- Familiar with Microsoft platform, especially AD, server, MS SQL server.
- Basic knowledge about CISCO router and switch
- Experience on PABX Phone System
- Basic knowledge about IT security
- Experience on HP or IBM hardware (server, backup library, SAN, etc.)
- Basic knowledge on MS office VBA or ACCESS programming.
