It Support/it Helpdesk

- Research, plan, install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain and upgrade hardware, network and software interfaces with the operating system.
- Record and maintain hardware and software inventories, site and/or server licensing, and user access and security.
- Document system problems and resolutions for future reference.

- College
- MCSA (Must), MCSE, MCITP SA or EA will be a plus
- At least 1 years in IT Helpdesk (Must)
- Working on any IT Service Management System will be plus
- Cumunication skills (basic communication in english)
- Client service mindset
- Problem solving skill
