The HRBP Manager - Operations and Supply Chain ’s major role is to support HR Director to provide effective HR partnership to Operations and Supply Chain team in the South. The job holder is to be mainly in charge the following HRBP-related accountabilities for the partnered functions.
HR partnership
- Find a professional and efficient way to approach key stakeholder at the assigned levels and become their reliable HR Business Partner.
- Able to give input for HRD when justifying in all promotion/ transfer/ movement cases at the partnered functions.
People Development Pillar and Training & Development
- Work with Plant Managers and PD pillar team for the efficient management of PD pillar.
- Ensure all the critical training needs of the partnered functions are captured in the Corporate training plan and oversee the execution of the plan together with the COE team.
- Work with Line Managers in identifying training needs and the execution of relevant training plan.
- Follow up in their post training evaluation and development.
Talent management
- Ensure talent management activities are efficiently managed.
- Work with relevant Line Managers to identify dedicated performers, critical position holders and talents at Manager level employees.
- Support HRD and Line Managers in designing individual development plans for this group of people.
- Closely follow up the development plans for this group of people and their actual progress to take prompt action on their career development.
- Build close rapport with this group of employees to understand their insights for appropriate actions.
Functional HR strategy
- Ensure full and deep understanding of the overall HR vision, strategic drivers, HR agenda & activities, together with the partnered functions’ KPIs/ expectations/ priorities to support HRBP Manager and HR Team to achieve the aligned KPIs.
Change & Culture building
- Support HRD in integrating corporate culture & Saint-Gobain Attitudes in HRBP team and HR Team’s culture.
- Contribute in building HR’s culture and driving positive changes in behavior, culture, and values.
HR policies
- Ensure all HR procedures related to performance management, recruitment, internal transfer/ promotion, termination, etc… are implemented properly & professionally.
Employee engagement & relations
- Ensure dialogue meetings and staff activities are conducted and organized at a regular basis to build rapport with employees and get insights for appropriate actions.
- Talk to and visit employees on a daily basis to build closer rapport with employees.
- Support HRD in handling all related employee relations matters in a timely and efficient manner that is compliant to legal requirements.
- Actively participate in HR team’s activities to promote collaboration and great teamwork.
Recruitment
- Ensure all vacancies at the partnered functions are filled up in a timely manner and with quality at the partnered functions as headcount plan and arising needs.
Others
- Prepare relevant HR reports.
- Positively contribute to build up the team and function’s teamwork.
