1. Customer care:
- Supporting customer care activities of distribution channels and project channels of FGM South (North Central):
o Control debts, compare debts with customer
o Controlling parts except promotion, card payment, gifts ... according to each order to ensure customers benefits
o Control load, vehicle registration compared to orders.
o Receive comments or complaints from customers and solve them quickly and effectively
- Internal customer care activities:
o Support sales department to manage sales in the right area
o Support marketing to provide vehicle follow-up to customers
o Support calculation of card payments, statistics at the end of the program
o Assist sales to discount on time, control discount invoices and send to sales department, ...
o Support sales to control the dumping of deductible promotions to ensure benefits for customers.
o Support CS to make data files to calculate promotion payment programs to avoid errors
o Support the project channel to track the progress of picking up goods: inventory, price, quality certificates ...
2. EHS
- Responsible and safety control according to Saint-Gobain standards (standards 5, 9, 10)
- Monitor and control EHS compliance of staff and customers / drivers
- Record OSA, SMAT, report TF if available full risk assessment of Da Nang warehouse operations to identify unsafe hazards
- Implement a 30% risk reduction project based on a risk assessment
- Develop EHS standards and regulations for warehouse areas
- Implementing safety measures at the delivery area, No occupational accidents in the area
- Training EHS for staff and temporary employees
- Proposing solutions to improve EHS to the warehouse manager
3. Warehouse management
- Making SOP / WI appropriate and safe delivery. Review at least 1 time / year
- Da Nang team leaders work effectively and economically
- Responsible for the control activities of Da Nang warehouse: import - export - transfer - actual inventory and system in accordance with regulations
- Set up logistic storage layouts according to ABC-XYZ, FIFO, FEFO.
- Inventory management by location (zone, zone)
- Control SRA ensures no distortion of system inventory and actuality over 99.5%
- Coordinate with accounting department to periodically check and explain the discrepancies if any
- Implement 5S to keep goods neat, tidy and ready, with board to monitor 5S activities
- Planning reasonable import goods to ensure goods according to min-max inventory
- Solving problems related to the warehouse in accordance with the goals of the Company
- Applying the Groups WCM, Streamline, ICRF standards and programs to warehouse standards
4. Leadership
- Good execution of 5 Saint Gobain attitudes.
- Understand sales processes for detailed and specific instructions for employees.

- Monthly activity report of Danang activities
- Report on paying promotions from Sales (if any)
- Monthly reports of SRA, SLOB, DAMAGED, SHIPMENT, COMPLAIN
