Technical Engineer (Chemical in Construction)

To transmit technical knowledge of our products to our staff and customers and change habits from jobsite mix to ready-mixed products.
To develop Weber solutions for the targeted customers such as Specifiers, consultants contractors, end-users and students.
- Give professional technical advice to end-users, home-owners, specifiers and contractors;
- Provide technical training and demonstrate end-users at jobsites, at dealers’ shops, seminars…
- Teach and train our staff;
- Follow-up the results of the actions and prepare customer visit and training reports to submit to the manager;
- Perform and solve the problem concerning products and applications when necessary;
- Do a Jury test for new products;
- Visit jobsites, both pre-sales and post-sales, in order to manage customers’ job according to the right solution of weber;
- Support specification
- Help organize and participate company’s activities such as weber shows, exhibitions, demonstrations, dealers staff trainings, customer meetings or any other events assigned by the company.
- Summarize and collect feedback of customers after training and submit all data to the manager.

- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineer with 3 years of experience in construction chemical field with regular contact at jobsites, with end-users.
- Engineer at site (eventually young foreman with potential)
- Have good knowledge in tile fixing field, construction chemical field, industrial & civil construction field.
- Have communications skills, both writing and verbally, English preferred;
- Have good presentation skill and persuasiveness;
- Trustworthiness and discretion when handling confidential information;
- Have good rapports with architects, designers, and engineers.
- Self-motivated, hard-working and be able to work as part of a team;
- Result-oriented / enjoy networking and meeting new people;
