- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process of rider (delivery man) (about 50 riders
per month on average)
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to manage needs and expectations
- Producing management reports and analysis including relevant supporting commentary
pertaining to recruitment progress and trends
- Conducting searches for candidates based on hiring manager’s requirements including using
relevant websites, advertising, Employment Introduction center
- Collecting employee’s document and ensuring right to work’ requirements are met with legal
obligations
- Managing and maintaining internal recruitment database (records of candidates and
outcomes throughout the process)
- Conducting reference checks; verbal and written
- Regularly reviewing and recommending changes to processes as required
- On-boarding new hires.

*Requirement:
- Minimum 2 years working as preferred in sales, marketing, event organizing, people relationship, PR & communication
-Ability to construct clear candidate briefs and compose advertisements that capture the essence of company’s requirements
- Strong skills as data analysis, digital literacy, collaboration; communication, critical thinking, productivity
- High level interpersonal skills, negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and travel as required
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
