Maintenance Supervisor (Ha Noi)-Urgent

• Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods
• Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment breakdown faults.
• Ensuring there is continuous cover of the machinery and equipment in case of breakdowns
• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems;
• Work with appointed vendors in fitting new parts and making sure equipment is working correctly
• Carrying out quality inspections on jobs
• Controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment
• Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs
• Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs
• Perform facility inspections and report on condition affecting operations;
• Prepare and submit summary reports of conditions in buildings and recommend actions to be taken;
• Inspects or directs the inspection of construction and installation progress to ensure conformance to established drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Improving health and safety policies and procedures
• Other assigned tasks as requested
Work location: Sai Dong B industrial Zone, Long Bien, Hanoi

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Electrical engineering preferred. Other technical degree such Mechanical, Mechatronic, Civil or Industrial can also be considered.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in directing or leading the work of others preferred.
• Experience in the following areas: Mechanical equipment, material handling equipment, automated conveyors systems and electrical control system is advantageous.
• Engineering drawing and electrical schematic reading
• Preventive maintenance procedures for industrial equipment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Words, Excel and Power Point.
• Ability to travel to various local sites as needed
• Ability to develop and maintain a partnership and communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally with Safety, Operations, Engineering, Sr. Management, peers, contractors and vendors
• Willing to do hands-on.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize many different projects
