Senior HRBP Supervisor

Report to HRBP Manager in Hanoi and this role will have 2 main parts as below:
1. HRBP – LeL FFM Bac Ninh (50%)
▪ Align business objectives with employees and management to shape the culture of the business
▪ Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with regional HR to develop solutions, programs and policies
▪ Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention
▪ Manage and resolve employee relations issues
▪ Maintain in depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
▪ Provides day to day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions)
▪ Track manpower against business needs and plans recruitment
▪ Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs
2. L&D for LeL and LEX (50%)
▪ Follow and execute L&D strategy of L&D Manager
▪ Delivering some assigned in-house soft skill training classes in North in alignment with L&D Manager
▪ Support L&D Manager in talent management and development activities in North region.
▪ Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that development activities are aligned with specific business priorities and outcomes
▪ Supporting in managing the employee performance cycles in North region
3. Location: Nhà kho số 1, thửa đất số 7, tờ bản đồ số 5, kho Lazada, cạnh trạm thu phí cao tốc Ha Nội Bắc Giang, đối diện KCN VSIP Bắc Ninh, Từ Sơn, Bắc Ninh

▪ 5 years previous experience in L&D function of multinational companies preferably from e-commerce, industry, manufacturing or retail sectors
▪ Experience in HRBP is advantage
▪ Strong ability in understanding business operations in an HR perspective
▪ Proven analytical thinking, project management skills & ability to adapt locally the global HR processes
▪ Self-starter, motivated and detailed/results oriented
▪ Strong organizational skills & ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
▪ Good communications skills with fluency in English
