Report to HRBP Manager in Hanoi and this role will have 2 main parts as below:
1. HRBP – LeL FFM Bac Ninh (50%)
▪ Align business objectives with employees and management to shape the culture of the business
▪ Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with regional HR to develop solutions, programs and policies
▪ Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention
▪ Manage and resolve employee relations issues
▪ Maintain in depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
▪ Provides day to day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions)
▪ Track manpower against business needs and plans recruitment
▪ Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs
2. L&D for LeL and LEX (50%)
▪ Follow and execute L&D strategy of L&D Manager
▪ Delivering some assigned in-house soft skill training classes in North in alignment with L&D Manager
▪ Support L&D Manager in talent management and development activities in North region.
▪ Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that development activities are aligned with specific business priorities and outcomes
▪ Supporting in managing the employee performance cycles in North region
