Assistant Field Officer - Working in Laos

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Directly working with coffee growers and the farms to collect all information about coffee growing, developing and production to estimate the coffee yield and production
• Controlling the field staff
• Participating in the projects of farm
• Assist the Estate manager in work planning and organizing work force
• Time bound implementation of all planned activities
• Introduce Good Agricultural Practices
• Training/Monitoring of Field Supervisors
• Maintain all field records for Labor and Material
• Fleet management
• Tackle local labor related issues
• Follow other duties if required from Agronomist, Project Manager
DESIGNATION & SCOPE
• Location: Paksong, Champasak Province, Laos
• Accommodation, flight tickets, 18 days leave with salary
• Reporting Manager- Estate Managers
• Additional Reporting Manager- Plantation Director

EDUCATION/ACADEMIC
• Bachelor degree in Agronomy
• Or any other related field
LANGUAGE/COMPUTER PROFICIENCY
• English Communication / good at excel , words
BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES
• Careful, well listening and patience, passion in Agriculture
• Must be willing to stay on the plantation

- Able to work in an active and professional working environment.
- Insurance and Paid-leaves as required by Labor Law.
