Overall Job Purpose
Fleet Rider Relationship Managers are responsible for ensuring that the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources plan and programs are realized. Therefore, their essential job responsibilities include:
• Developing and administering human resources plan and procedures that relate to company personnel
• Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the Fleet Recruiting Team
• Contributing to the development of Fleet department goals, objectives, and systems
• Taking overall view of Fleet recruiting Team: mass recruiting, build data-source and building people for
effective process
• Reports directly to Senior Manager Fleet.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Maintains Independence Contract resource by establishing a strategic plan to enlarge data pool for recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; conducting and analysing exit interviews; recommending changes.
2. Build and Deliver Excellent Recruitment Processes.
3. Conducts periodic market surveys about competitors, income…to contribution for the incentive pay structure revisions and strategic plan for rider development.
4. Work with cross-functionals to align and activate properly and timely the recruiting.
5. Implement the IC Resource Analysis and Reporting.
6. Maintains subordinate staffs by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and coaching.
7. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
8. Coaches and develops Associates to achieve higher levels of service, economies of scale and operational
effectiveness on a periodical manner.
9. Collaborate with local hubs delivery to ensure best in class service to venture’s Hubs, Pick Up, Returns, Line
haul & Shuttles and Finance departments to ensure best in class service when required.
10. Make recommendations that would improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Fleet Recruiting
assignment Process & Scheduling, Coaching & Performance
