The Commercial Finance Executive will work in partnership with Commercial stakeholders (mainly Sales, Marketing, Customer Service departments) across the business to support for a smooth operation & healthy business growth. He/she will also work closely with other members of the Finance team.
His/her objectives are to maintain finance systems and controls in place and to ensure the implementation of Material/Price/Project Customer Master data management throughout the organisation, provide real time support for customer rebate/ promotion program calculation, verification & payment in order to assist in both customer satisfaction, control in place & efficient/smooth operation.
- Create & Maintain Master Data in M3 including Pricing Master Data, FG Master Data, Blanket agreement for Project Sales. Ensure the accuracy, data availability, policy compliance for smooth business operation.
- Work with Sales Admin team to validate payment for promotion scheme, rebate, S&M program, Sales volume related KPIs (monthly, quarterly & yearly) & Highlights the concern or abnormal, provide the recommendation (if any)
- Proactively propose & take action for performance improvement ideas
- To be a member of financial month-end closing & reporting cycle:
*Accrual of Sales Rebate/Promotion cost for Sales & Marketing. Highlights the concern or abnormal (if any)
*Perform Monthly Sales & OP by product group & Consolidation
*In charge of Daily Sales Flash Report
*Other Commercial reports/tasks assigned by Line Manager
- Contribute to financial projects as part of the overall company finance function to develop tools and provide support for automation, consistency, efficiency & data availability
